Road Freight

Each vehicle in our specialist fleet is fully alarmed, equipped with GPS tracking systems monitored by our in-house team, features climate-control systems, and utilises air-ride suspension. 

We can provide dedicated sole-use vehicles, part-load, or consolidated options, depending on the specific requirements of your project. 

Experienced in-house coordinators meticulously plan every journey to ensure the most efficient schedule and route for your shipment.

Air Freight

We have secure air-side passes which grant us access to major UK airports, including Glasgow’s Prestwick Airport and London’s Heathrow and Gatwick Airports. This allows us to provide the highest security and safety for your shipments when transporting them by air.

Sea Freight 

For those seeking a more sustainable method of shipment, we can facilitate sending your objects via sea freight. Our experienced staff are available to organise this more cost-effective and environmentally friendly option.  

Courier Support 

Our expert team can comfortably facilitate courier-accompanied shipments and will provide any necessary training for those travelling with works via road or air. We offer a comprehensive guidebook, ‘The Art of Couriering’, upon request. 

Where we have air-side access, our airport representatives will supervise all shipments in our care. All courier requirements, including accommodation, travel, and meals, are organised by our in-house team, and we provide a complete overview. Personal travel insurance is available upon request. 

Bespoke Packing and Crating 

We provide bespoke packing and crating options, with our skilled craftsmen allowing us to cater to a wide variety of objects and ensure their safety and security during transport and storage. Our crating is of a high quality and constructed to ISPM-15 regulations. 

Our highly trained technicians follow packing best practices as required by leading arts institutions such as the National Gallery and the Tate. 

We offer both Turtle Crates and a hire crating service to provide our clients with a more sustainable option. Turtle Crates are the most sustainable climate crates on the market and boast a lifespan of at least 20 years. Our hire crates are from the Island Laminate range and provide picture, slotted and object variations. They’re constructed to a high standard and have been used by leading UK institutions.
